Section 391

Discharge or removal of guardian, etc

Discharge or removal of guardian, etc.— (1) Any member of the family council, or relative or the guardian up to the sixth degree, may apply on grounds set out in the application that the guardian be discharged or removed from office. (2) The respective guardian shall be given notice to give his say and upon hearing the parties the Court shall pass appropriate orders.
