When acceptance may be challenged.— (1) No heir who has accepted the inheritance may, thereafter challenge his acceptance unless,— (a) there was coercion or; (b) he was induced to accept it by fraud; or (c) more than half of the inheritance has been bequeathed by will and the existence of the will was not known to the heir at the time of acceptance. (2) The provisions of sub-section (1)(a) and (1)(b) shall be applicable to renunciation.
