Restrictions on disposition of community assets

Restrictions on disposition of community assets.— A disposition of specific and determined properties by a person who is married under the regime of general community of assets is null and void, unless:— (a) the assets disposed of are allotted to him in a subsequent partition; or (b) they do not form part of the community; or (c) the disposition has been made by one of the spouses in favour of the other; or (d) the other spouse has in a document drawn by a Special Notary given consent to the said disposition
