Section 210

Implied revocation

Implied revocation.— (1) Where a subsequent will is made without making a reference to the earlier one, the subsequent will revokes the earlier will to the extent of its inconsistency only. (2) Where there are two wills of the same date and it is not possible to ascertain which of them is later in point of time, the contradictory or inconsistent dispositions in both the wills shall be deemed inoperative.
