Right to maintenance of the disinherited heir.— When the disinherited heir has no means of subsistence, the beneficiary of the assets of which the disinherited heir has been deprived is bound to provide maintenance to him but not beyond the income of the said assets, unless the said maintenance is due for any other reason.
