Lien on immovable assets.— The immovable assets which devolve on the heirs from the testator are subject to a lien for the satisfaction of the legacies. However, if any one of the heirs is specifically made liable for any such payment, the legatee can exercise this right over the immovable asset which may be allotted to the said heir in the partition.
