Indivisibility of the disposition

Indivisibility of the disposition.— The legatee is not entitled to accept a part of the legacy only and relinquish the other part; neither is the legatee entitled to relinquish an onerous legacy and accept the one which is not onerous. However, the heir, who is at the same time a legatee, may relinquish the inheritance and accept the legacy and vice versa.
