Legacy of a thing belonging to the heir or legatee.— Where the testator directs that the heir or the legatee shall give to another person a thing belonging to one of them, he shall be bound to carry out the disposition or give the value of the thing, if he does not choose to relinquish the inheritance or the legacy.
