Finance Committee.— “There shall be a Finance Committee constituted by the Governing Council consisting of,” (a) The Chairperson; (b) The Managing Director; (c) Representative of Department of Finance, Government of Goa; (d) Representative of Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa; (e) One member nominated by the Governing Council from amongst its members who shall hold office so long as he continue as member of the Governing Council; and (f) One member nominated by the Governing Council from outside of the Foundation, with knowledge in Finance.
