Power to make rules.— (1) The Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:– (a) the salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the Chairperson and members, under sub-section (6) of section 4; (b) form of oath or affirmation, under subsection (7) of section 4; (c) the salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the Secretary, officers and other employees of the Commission, under subsection (2) of section 6; (d) matter for which no provision is made in section 8 to make Regulations, under sub-section (4) of section 8; (e) form and the details of the annual report to be furnished by the Commission to the Government, under sub-section (2) of section 10; (f) fees to be levied under section 11. (3) Every rule made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
