Application of the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923.— The provisions of the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923 (Central Act 8 of 1923), and the rules made thereunder, shall so far as may be, apply to every establishment to whom section 6 as well as section 7 of the Act applies.
