Appeal.— (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Dispute Redressal Authority or the prescribed authority may file an appeal in the prescribed manner to the Appellate Authority to be appointed by the Government, under this Act. (2) The Appellate Authority shall pass orders after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heared to the parties to the appeal. (3) The Order of the Appellate Authority shall be final and binding on the parties.
