Power to make Regulations.— The Board may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: — (a) the procedure to be followed at the meetings of the Board and the Committees appointed by the Board and the number of members required to form a quorum for such meetings; (b) the allowances which may be drawn by members of the Board and the Committees appointed by the Board; (c) any matter solely concerning the Board and its Committees not provided for by this Act and the rules made thereunder.
