Certain sections not to apply to Chief Minister, Minister, etc.— The provisions of sections 3, 13, 14, 32[19 and 22] of this Act shall not be applicable to a member who is appointed as the Chief Minister, a Minister, a Minister of State, a Deputy Minister, or elected as the Speaker or Deputy Speaker.
