28[Omitted] 29[19.Staff to Member.— A member may appoint not more than five persons, viz., one person as a Personal Secretary in the pay scale of Head Clerk and one Lower Division Clerk, one Peon and two Drivers, all carrying the same pay scales as attached to the equivalent posts in the Government.
