Power to make rules.— (1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1), the Government shall have the power to prescribe forms and fees for making applications under this Act, including to frame rules in that behalf.
