Power of the Government to send applications to the Appellate Authority directly.— Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Government, if it receives any application alleging non-compliance of the provisions of this Act, may if it deems fit, send such an application directly to the Appellate Authority for taking further action in the matter, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
