Repeal and Saving.— (1) The Goa (Regulation of Land Development and Building Construction) Second Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No. 2 of 2008) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. Secretariat, K. S. SINGH, Porvorim-Goa.
