Appeal against order passed under this Act.— (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under this Act may prefer an appeal before Commissioner within two months from the date of receipt of such order. (2) The Commissioner may by an order delegate to Additional Commissioner his power to hear, make such further inquiry as may be necessary, and to pass such order as he deems fit. (3) There shall be no second appeal against an order passed under this section.
