Powers to impose conditions in respect of certain services.— The Government, with a view to prevent spread of diseases, may, in respect of persons engaged in or serving in establishments like hair cutting, saloons, laundry, hotels including restaurants and bars, and, such other services which may be notified from time to time, prescribe the conditions to be observed by such persons. CHAPTER XII Rules, bye-laws, penalties, etc.
