Article 2446 – Serial number for registration entries – In each of those categories of registration, the entries shall be accompanied by a serial number. Such numbering will start every year. Article 2446 was re-enacted as Article 67 of the Code of Civil Registration, 1912. 520 Article 2447 – Reading of record – The record, before, being signed below, shall always be read in the presence of the parties who are obliged to sign it, of which express mention shall be made in the recording of the entry.
