Power of Zilla Panchayat to make regulations.— (1) A Zilla Panchayat may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made under section 240 and with the previous sanction of the Government, by notification, make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act in so far as it relates to its powers and duties. (2) The regulations made under sub-section (1), shall be subject to the condition of previous publication. ---95---
