Transmission of accounts.— The Panchayat shall as soon as the annual accounts have been finally passed by it, transmit a copy thereof to the Zilla Panchayat 136[and the Block Development Officer] in the form prescribed and shall furnish such details and vouchers relating to the same as the Zilla Panchayat 137[and the Block Development Officer] may, from time to time, direct.
