Power to make rules

Power to make rules.— (1) The Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out all or any of the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Government may make rules,— (a) as to the conditions governing the declaration of a factory zone and as to the alteration or cancellation thereof; (b) as to the plucking, collection and delivery of the oil palm FFBs by the growers or as the case may be, by the companies and the prescription of collection centres by the Commissioner.
