Act in addition and not in derogation.— The provisions of this Act are in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XVIII of 1947). CHAPTER IV Nursing personnel entitled to practice and control of Licensing Authorities
