No separate licence necessary if one is obtained under Prevention of Food Adulteration Law. — Notwithstanding anything contained in section 259 and 260 no licence shall be required under the said sections for the use of any premises for any purpose or for carrying on any trade specified therein, in respect of which a licence has been obtained under the law for the time being in force in the 487[State of Goa] regarding prevention of food adulteration.
