Power to prohibit use of public conveyances for carriage of persons suffering from dangerous diseases.— In any municipal area in which the Council has provided suitable conveyance for the free carriage of persons suffering from any dangerous diseases, it shall be lawful for the Council by public notice to prohibit the conveyance of such persons in all or any public conveyances, and to direct that any conveyance that may, at any time, be used for conveying any such person, be immediately disinfected.
