Penalty for contravention of any order regarding requisitioning.— If any person contravenes any order made under section 4 or any order not being an order made with a view to determining the compensation payable for requisitioning any motor vehicle under section 8, he shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine or with both.
