Section 11

Appeal

Appeal.— (1) Any person whose application for a licence under this Act is refused and any person aggrieved by any order made under this Act, may prefer an appeal to the appellate authority. (2) Every such appeal shall be preferred within ninety days from the date of the order referred to in sub-section (1) in such manner and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed from time to time. (3) The order of the appellate authority on such appeal shall be final. CHAPTER - III Inspection
