Penalty for contravention of directions under section 3 or section 4.— Whoever opposes or disobeys or fails to conform to any directions issued under section 3 or section 4 or abets the opposition to, disobedience of any such direction shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which shall not be less than four months but which may extend to one year.
