Substituted entry by Amenement Act 2009 as follows : When the land is permitted to be used for a non-agricultural purpose, a sanad shall be granted to the holder thereof in the prescribed form, on payment of fees at the following rates, namely :— (i) Personal housing Rs. 20/- per square metre. (ii) Commercial/Industrial housing C 1-200 FAR Rs. 100/- per square metre.
