Resort to other processes.— When the Collector is of opinion that the processes referred to in clause (a) and (b) of section 123 are not sufficient for the recovery of an arrear of land revenue, he may resort to the processes referred to in clause (c), (d) or (e) of section 123 as he may deem expedient.
