Amendment of section 8 of Central Act 8 of 1923.— To sub-section (4) of section 8 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 (Central Act 8 of 1923), the following proviso shall be added, namely:— “Provided that in respect of a workman belonging to an establishment to which the Goa 33 [ ] Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986 applies, the Commissioner, shall pay the said balance of the money into the fund constituted under that Act in lieu of repaying to the employer.”
