Members of Board, Secretary, Inspectors and all officers and servants of Board to be public servants.— The members of the Board, the Secretary, Inspector and all officers and servants of the Board, and any person entrusted with the execution of any function under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
