Term of office and conditions of service of the members of the Board.— (1) All members of the Board other than ex-officio members shall hold office for a period of two years from the date of the notification issued by the Government constituting or reconstituting the Board. (2) Any person appointed/nominated as a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or member on one or more occasion shall, unless disqualified, be eligible for re-nomination.
