Repeal and Savings.— (1) The Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation of Single Window Clearance Ordinance, 2021 (Ordinance No. 3 of 2021) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. Secretariat, Porvorim, Goa. Dated: 03-09-2021.
