Review of cases by the Board.— Notwithstanding anything contained in any State law for the time being in force, the Board may, either suo moto or on a reference from any person, officer or Competent Authority or an investor, examine any order passed by the Sub-Committee and pass appropriate orders as it deems fit and such orders shall be final and binding on the Sub-Committee and on such person, officer or the Competent Authority or an investor.
