Self—Certification.— (1) Every investor shall certify and furnish a Declaration at the time of submitting the application to the Board in such form as prescribed, declaring that the information submitted by him is true and correct in all respects and that he shall comply with the applicable provisions of the relevant State laws and the rules and regulations made thereunder. (2) The Declaration furnished by the investor shall be accepted by concerned person or officer or Competent Authority for the purpose of issuing and granting a clearance.
