Officers and Employees of the Board.— (1) The Government in consultation with the Board shall appoint a Chief Executive Officer of the Board upon selection by a committee comprising of the Secretary Industries, and three other representatives nominated by the Chairperson of the Board. (2) The Board may appoint, such other officers and servants sub-ordinate to the officer mentioned in sub-section (1), as it considers necessary for efficient performance of its duties and functions. (3) The conditions of appointment and service of the officers and servants of the Board and their scales of pay shall be such as may be determined by regulations made under this Act.
