Functions and responsibilities of Investment Officer.— The Investment Officer shall— (i) assist the investor in obtaining clearances in a timely manner; (ii) facilitate all statutory clearances, including consent to operate; (iii) be responsible and accountable to the Board for realization of the approved investment within the time bound manner. (iv) perform such other functions and duties as may be assigned to him by the Board from time to time.
