Power to make rules

Power to make rules.— (1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the matters which may be, or, are required to be prescribed. (3) Every rule made under this Act, shall be laid immediately before the Legislative Assembly of the State if it is in session, and if it is not in session, in the session immediately following the date on which such rule is notified.
