Constitution.— (1) The Corporation shall consist of the following ten Directors, that is to say— (a) Minister-in-charge of Information Technology Department. (b) Four Directors to be nominated by the Government. (c) Secretary to the Government of Goa in the Finance Department. (d) Secretary to the Government of Goa in the Information Technology Department. (e) Director of Information Technology. (f) Managing Director, Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC). (g) Managing Director, Goa Information Technology Development Corporation (GITDC). (2) The Minister in-charge of the Information Technology Department will be the Chairman of the Corporation. (3) The Government shall appoint one of the Directors of the Corporation to be the Vice- Chairman of the Corporation.
