Recovery of sums due to the Corporation as arrears of land revenue.— All sums payable by any person to the Corporation or recoverable by it by or under this Act and all – 15 – charges or expenses incurred in connection therewith shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as arrears of land revenue on the application of the Corporation.
