Transmission to Board of representation by the concerned local authority as to housing, improvement or building scheme.— The local authority concerned to whom a copy of the notice has been sent under sub-section (1) of section 39 shall, within a period of sixty days from the receipt of the said copy, forward to the Board any representation which the local authority may wish to make regarding the scheme.
