Exemption from serving on inquests.— Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, every registered practitioner shall be exempt, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest or as a juror or assessor under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1972 (Central Act 2 of 1974). CHAPTER VII Offences
