Certificate of Registration.— (1) The Competent Authority shall, unless registration is refused, enter the name and the particulars of the Agency for hoarding or the Agency for display, in the e-register maintained for this purpose and shall issue a certificate to the Agency for hoarding and/or the agency for display, in such form as may be prescribed. (2) The Agency for hoarding and the agency for display registered under sub-section (1) can surrender its registration in writing during the tenure of the registration period, without any refund of registration fees.
