Overriding effect.— The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any enactment enacted by the State Legislature, save as otherwise provided herein, other than this Act and no other permission shall be required under any other State law if a permission under this Act is obtained, except in case of hoardings in Coastal Regulation Zone notified under the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2011.
