Registration of map made under section 8 not required.— (1) Nothing in the Registration Act, 1908, shall be deemed to require the registration of map made under section 8. (2) All such maps shall, for the purposes of section 49 and 50 of the Registration Act, 1908, be deemed to have been and to be registered in accordance with the provisions of that Act: Central Act 9 of 1969.
