Appointment of Civil Judges.— The Judges of such Subordinate Courts shall be appointed by the 19 [Government] and shall be called Civil Judges. 17.Local limits of jurisdiction of Civil Judges.— The 20 [Government], may by notification in the Official Gazette, fix, and by a like notification, from time to time, alter the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judges.
