Registration of certain persons in possession of arms.— Any person who holds a licence under any Law for the time being in force or rules in force for the possession of arms for sport or protection or who is exempted from the provisions of such Law or rules and possesses any arms, shall register his name and address with the Wild Life Preservation Officer or any other Officer authorised by the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu in this behalf. Such registration shall be made in the prescribed application forms and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
